ANCCE officially confirms the dates for the 30th edition of the International Purebred Spanish Horse Trade Fair, SICAB 2021 and the World Purebred Spanish Horse Championships, which will be held from the 16th to the 21st of November at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (Convention Center) in Sevilla, if and when the health situation then so allows.

ANCCE has been working for the past few months so that SICAB is once again a reality while planning the phases of the event’s “new normality.” At the same time, a wide range of initiatives are being organized to commemorate 30 editions of what is considered the greatest, world-class showcase of Purebred Spanish Horses, including but not limited to a special logo, promotional video and other promotional enterprises.

King Felipe VI Grants ANCCE ‘Royal’ Title

Spain’s Royal Household has just informed that it has granted the National Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders’ Association (ANCCE) title of ‘Royal’. The letter, signed by the head of the Royal Household, informed that His Majesty, King Felipe VI has granted the request presented by the Association on the 12th of April.

Renewal of the quality certification for the management of the PRE Stud Book

For the twelfth consecutive year, the management of the LG PRE ANCCE maintains the quality certificate, increasing its efficiency and reliability, being a reference model for other equine breeds

The LG PRE ANCCE, through the annual monitoring audit carried out by the organization AENOR International , held on April 30, maintains the Quality Certificate for its management in force for the twelfth consecutive year, according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

The Quality Management System implemented complies with the requirements of the standard and with the rest of the audit criteria (legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements, requirements of the internal management system) and is considered by the audit team that it is effectively implemented and has a significant degree of consolidation and maturity. The scope of the certification covers both the provision of all services for PRE horse breeders that the Genealogical Book carries out, as well as for the second year the genetic analysis of the ANCCE Purebred Spanish Purebred molecular laboratory.

Consecutively since 2010, the result of the aforementioned audit has been of “Conformity Evaluation” , thus being renewed the Certification for another new year, thus demonstrating a full commitment to quality and the provision of the best service to the farmers of Purebred Spanish horses all over the world.
